When change feels impossible, it is tempting either to carry the whole weight alone or to walk away from it entirely.

Scripture points to another way. God invites ordinary people into His work in the world, and faithful leadership often looks less like one dramatic breakthrough and more like steady, courageous steps taken by people who carry the burden to transform what is broken.
