20/20/20 Campaign
$85,000 Goal

Our 2022 Summer Scholarship Drive is underway with a new twist!

Your gifts to Pillar make our dreams of equipping leaders a reality in three different areas: the classroom, the church, and the kingdom. This summer you can empower students in all three areas. Your generosity will make the 20/20/20 Campaign a huge success as we are looking to secure funding for 20 students in each respective area.

The Classroom: 20 Traditional Students in Degree Programs

$2,500 per student = $50,000 total

The Church: 20 Church Leaders in Kenya (Compassion International partnership)

$1,250 per student = $25,000 total

The Kingdom: 20 Lunchtime Seminary Students

$500 per student = $10,000 total

Would you pray about how you might partner with us to reach this goal of $85,000 to scholarship 60 students this next school year across the three areas of learning?

All dollars that come in through our General Fund or one of our scholarship funds from June through the end of August will be used to help us with this initiative.

Equipping Leaders

in the Classroom

We offer three degrees using a flipped classroom and unique curriculum. Students continue in their current ministries as they work through the degree, which gives them the opportunity to apply what they are learning in their individual contexts as they go.

in the Church

We are introducing a pilot certification course designed specifically for church leaders across Kenya associated with Compassion International. Dr. Moore will be crafting a church leadership course with the specific needs and contexts of the participants in mind.

in the Kingdom

Our pilot Lunchtime Seminary course, on Proverbs, finished at the end of May and we are working to create the second course offering, on Luke, to start in the fall. We currently have over 30 new people on the waiting list and hope some of the pilot students will join us for another class. In line with our value to make our world-class seminary training accessible to all, we would like to be able to offer scholarships for those in need as these course offerings continue.
