All graduating students must complete and submit the graduation application and pay the graduation fee of $150. If you are graduating in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025, you must submit the graduation application below and pay the fee no later than February 10, 2025. On receipt of this form, Pillar advising will conduct a final graduation degree audit to verify that all program requirements are met.

Late applications or failure to pay the required graduation fee may result in delays in degree posting or inability to participate in commencement proceedings for the desired year. All student account balances must be paid in order to receive a diploma or transcripts following degree conferral. 

All graduates must be approved by Pillar’s faculty and Board of Trustees before the degree can be posted. Regardless of participation in commencement proceedings, graduates’ diplomas will be mailed via standard mail.
